Hold on to your breath. Maintain the rhythm and rediscover your light. Speak softly and retain your self control. The trauma has occurred and you must hold on to your strength or self destruct. Your breath retains all of the answers. Return to its teachings and you will find a way forward. Don’t allow a destructive force to enter your mind. Breathe deeply and extinguish the flames before you become consumed by them. This numb feeling will pass and its replacement will come to define the days ahead. You control your destiny. You can empty yourself of all expectations and rediscover your peace of mind, or you can create the flames that will come to destroy you. It’s your breath and it’s your choice.
